WHAT DO YOU FARM?

We raise Black Angus cattle.

IS YOUR PRODUCT CHEMICAL FREE?

Our cattle are raised on all natural products and are free of all hormones and antibiotics.

HOW OLD IS YOUR CATTLE WHEN IT'S READY TO SLAUGHTER?

Our cattle are 19-20 months of age when they are brought to a provincially inspected abattoir.

HOW LONG IS YOUR BEEF AGED?

Our beef is dry aged for a full 21 days. If requested we can age it longer.

HOW DO I GO ABOUT ORDERING A 1/2 SIDE?

Feel free to either call or email us your request and we will get back to you will all of the information needed.

IS YOUR BEEF INSPECTED?

Not ONLY is our beef inspected but it receives an Inspection Stamp, then it gets graded and receives a grading stamp which in this case our Beef has graded Canadian Prime (the Highest grading for Canadian Beef). Our Butcher Shop Facilities have also been inspected by the Niagara Region Public Health.
