Pre Order either a 1/4 split, 1/2 side or Whole Beef now and be guaranteed to get what you want. All pre orders require a deposit. You will be supplied with a cut sheet so you decide how you want your meat cut. We vacuum seal all cuts to stay fresh for a long time and then it is flash frozen immediately for ultimate freshness and quality, all included for $6.00-$7.00/Lb hanging weight.

CUSTOM CUTTING - LIVESTOCK

Your livestock will hang in our walk in cooler and then be custom cut in our fully equipped butcher shop. We can either wrap your meat with butcher paper or vacuum seal your meat then flash freeze it in our walk in freezer.
